In the world of venture capital, we recognize a pervasive issue: a limited number of job opportunities combined with unequal access to these coveted positions.  Access to these few slots has historically been even more challenging for those from underrepresented backgrounds. 

To address that trend, our program is purpose-built for exceptional graduate-level students hailing from underrepresented backgrounds.​​ It is a  designed to impart knowledge, foster mentorship, and provide crucial access to the venture capital community. Our ultimate aim is to equip these scholars with the tools they need to thrive and to fundamentally reshape access to the world of venture capital.
